"I began using this sauna quite frequently because I basically lived across the street from a YMCA when I was in graduate school," he says. "I noticed that getting in the sauna before going to work and having those failed experiments happen, I began to like, the stress of that didn't affect me as much" The heat stress from the sauna elevates your core body temperature but there is also something going on in the brain mediated through a pathway called dinoarfen which is counter to endorphin.
