i would like to invite you, i loved that very simple grounding practice that we did extending our connection to all beings at the beginning. This practice comes from a thirteenth century zen master named doginzenji and he called it taking the backward step. So i want to invite you to just be in whatever posture is comfortable for you. And just tune into your breath in the body, noticing, with the ebb and flow of the breath, is it pleasantis it smooth or deep to like it? And then notice, maby the texture is kind of choppy, a little rough or ragged as you breathe, is it unpleasant? Ah, how good is any feeling
