How to Add New People to Your Community
How many times have you opened up the doors to your community without letting your existing community know? The next question they'regong to have is, well, what's in it for them? What'm in it for me? Right? That's what i want to know, is a community member. They're going to get a whole bunch of new connections, or new friendships, or maybe the opportunity to mentor others. Maybe there's new knowledge and wisdom that can be shared with this group. If we don't tell people what they need to think, they will paint a story in their head that isn't what you want.
