How to Find the Right Buyer's Agent
Find a buyer's agent who can take a lot of the fear that you have just right out of it, says rob. The first thing i look for is an agent that sells a lot of homes period and then I want to see them own real state themselves at minimum they got to own their own house but ideally i want them to own investment property it gives a completely different perspective when you've bought a home and you believe in it.
