How Unpolished Was the Ability to Send and Receive Email Addresses?

Nosi: I think more packaging can help d you know, what often happens? And i think we've had that over the years, thinks we ebilt. You just don't use it right. That's when you know you're kind of in trouble and you should start either thinking about different ideas or trying to perhaps move the spotlight.
