Is There Duplication in Omnifocus?

For me, to get really tactical is y, i'm using bullet journal method. That's where all of my capture happens. At the end of every day, anything that i haven't done gets migrated into omnipocus. Is there some duplication there? Absolutely. Am i ok with that? Not only am i ok with it, i love it. Because, again, writing stuff down re commits it in my brain.
