Is There a Need for Me to Feed Malnourished Children?

And she goes to a part of the world where we have no fewer problems in our society but we're very good at hiding them especially from upper middle class kids who grow up in Bedford, Virginia. She starts a charity and then it's like her family back home is connected to a large church and so they solicit donations. So she's running basically, she's running it on the money of the people back home.
