How Do You Build Something So Big and Successful in Ministry?

When i was an editor at christianity to day and leadership journal, part of my job, along with some of the other editors, was to travel around meet different christian s. And on some of those visits, you encounter people and you walk away going wild, that's an amazing person. But then there are others who make you think: how on earth can 20 thousand people follow that person? Because they're just horrible, like they are, a horrible person.
