There are four imputs in your tribe or your circle, and you need to be cognizant of all four. The first is personal connections. Those are people that i have one-to-one relationships with. The second input is roll models. These are the people that you may have a personal connection with but who you look up to. The third input is community. And it honestly took me a little while to think about what communities am i a part of? Does that mean i'm not a part of a lot of communities? No, i think it just, for whatever reason, didn't come as naturally to me.
