The Ecobi platform section under notify can be safely removed from yaml. When it's configured to report in the US or in US units, the unit of measurement for precipitation intensity has been corrected. So that may break something if you're looking at something specific there. And Ecobi, a setting up the notify platform of the Ecobi integration by a platform section using yAMl configuration is no longer supported.
