Emotion has a very strong component of bodily prediction in it. There's an old picture of emotion that goes back to William James. You might kind of expect there to be a one-to-one map in between every emotion we can feel and the perception of some set of bodily changes. But there doesn't seem to be that, so if the bodily changes are a bit blunt, you know, is there a characteristic signature for anxiety?
