Introduction
For much of its history, balin germany was particularly the first word that comes to mind is quiet. Bon has just abour 300 thousand people and it's on the rhine river, so it was strategically important during war war two. Beethoven was born there in 17 70, but he took off in his early twenties for the burgening musical capital of vienna. Over a decade after its move, bon is trying to forge its own identity.
