Court is effectively saying, we can't clog up our court system with such numeous fact finding hearings to get to the bottom of every issue the parties have ever had in their relationship. And its differentiating those cases from cases where there has been very serious coercion and domestic abuse. It may not be evident until much further into proceedings that there are serious issues that need to be grappled with. So it can often take inexcessive 12 months, often 18 mnths, to two years, before your inner position to really make a proper decision.
