"It's very easy for me to say, sit down, ad, find you principal stack," he says. "But insomuch as you can define what's important beforehand, like it becomes much harder to do it when you're actually in the trenches." 'Nothing like money actually being on the line to reveal what it actually means,' adds Mr Oterly. "'We just had a great, productive conversation about what should be done', i think arrived at,. hopfl, something that was useful for you, for me, for people listening' He concludes by saying: 'I hope everyone listening has been to very good.'
