Is My Patreon Membership a Scam?

I've had people say that my Patreon membership is a scam because I don't provide the transcripts to my listening time episodes, these episodes. In reality, all of these transcripts are free in the episode description below the episode. People just don't listen when I talk about the transcripts every single episode. And one other ridiculous criticism I received recently was someone telling me that they were embarrassed to be a member of my website.
