The Importance of Video Calling in the US Market

In Austria, video calling was a no go. People did not want to use video calls for the services that were again pre before the pandemic. Americans are way more used to using their credit card on a day to day basis. And so there's not this anxiety about putting your credit card details on some kind of website as there is in Europe. So I think that helped us a lot. In hindsight, we should have not compensated ourselves so much because it made our messaging very unclear. There was still a lot of space to acquire market share. We tried really hard to be different.
