Are We on the Right Side of the Armistice?
Both sides seem to be keen to keep talking. The americans have told the russians that next week they'll actually put some ideas down on paper in response to the very long, detailed russian demands about their own security concerns. So we haven't seen the great break through. I think we're no further forward in terms o've been able to say whether or not any invasion of ukraine is more or less likely. But this is a long way from actually deciding what may or may not happen on the border in the crane.
