Is There a Consequence of Living Donor Kidneys?
The recipient outcomes in both patient and graft survival are better with a living donor kidney. They also spend less time on the waiting list, they can possibly have a peemptive transplant and avoid dialysis altogether. For nefractimes m, if they had active or an incompletely treated malignancy, if they have an active infection, especially for kidneys, these would be absolute contraindications.
