Sotis: One of the things about humility, with stepping aside or making sure that voices are heard is to give time and space for people to develop their ideas. Ki: How it relates to power dynamics is we have to think about our roles as the researchers; not forcing our academic conceptualization of what collaboration should look like. And so i think constantly being aware of how people want to engage and how they don't want to engage is an important part of equitable power dynamics.
