Xi Jinping Has Less Power Than Deng Xuaoping

After Mao, the common wisdom is that party leaders decided they needed to have consensus rather than power concentrated in a hands of one person. One could have thought that as you're suggesting that Xi Jinping is going to have even less power than Hu Jintao. He can't be a leader who shares power with others and including his own premier right? You see a lot of factors coming to play which then leads to the emergence of this leader as a very strong authoritarian leader.
