One of the things maybe is a final topic that we could just quickly get into. And this is something that the three of us had sort of talked about in planning the episode and just personally in our work. We think about how our own pain and suffering and experiences of disability, disability, otherness, just any kind of legal categorization begins to shape and influence rhetoric and arguments. But I was also thinking about what happens to health during the tenure track.
