The History of Disability in Early 20th Century China

Professor Sarah Doncy is a professor of Chinese studies and disability at the University of Nottingham in the UK. Her book, initially in contemporary China, initially came out in 2020 that was during sort of the depths of the COVID pandemic. She has been working and visiting and studying China for over 30 years now. And her research may involve the history of deafness and disability in early 20th century China.
