The challenge I found in large multinationals and the reason probably that I favour small businesses is partly, I know it's a bit cliche, but the pace of change is slow. And so if you are working on an initiative or a change programme, that can take months if not years to implement. The downside of a small business is that you do inevitably have to be a jack of all traits. So that's inevitably the challenge of SMEs is that there's always so much to do on any given day and prioritizing that can be quite difficult.
