CCB: I was just talking to one of our leaders, his name's Kaiser. He is a rock star leader. He's at a sporting event almost every day for students. And he was so bothered that this one student who's really close to got really busy, hasn't really seen him around. CCB: It's more important than ever that we set up systems to care for them. They don't fall through the cracks or go right out the back door because we never follow up with them.
