"I see that you're sad. You're experiencing something that feels bigger than you, but i'm also a witness, and i'm labelling it," she says. "It's just the most beautiful gift we can give selves and each other to ask, what are you aware of? Mirror what they say and then, can you just be with this and to do it with ourselves?"
