How to Hire a Good Artist
John Shindeheddy was the creative director for Wizards of the Coast. He hired out 10,000 works of art a year. Students were asked how many people send their work to him and he couldn't believe it. The only thing as a teacher that I think I'm really a hard-ass about is that you must put your name on the project,. It shows up when you're searching it on the hard drive and in the pixels. If they want to hire you and they don't know how to get hold of you, you haven't thought that through.
