I've worked the best when I find amazing technicians, and also great managers. The important thing there is knowing which one you are innately. And then from there, try to amplify it a little bit more with people that actually have that skill set. It's such an interesting kind of transition period, because at the beginning, you can't hire for it, man. You got no money. But once you get good enough...You just got to get far enough to make some money as soon as you can hired for it. For sure.
