Do We Need a Product Manager?

Arun: We don't have any official product managers a. I think this is a trap where things can seem well reasoned when they're actully, like, really bad ideas. He says he's always been reluctant to hire someone because it sounds well reasoned but we can't actually just do a better job. Arun: There are defnitly plenty of great instances where hiring someone is the right thing to do. But i think also, just doing a better job and fartising certain things over others could be more effective.
