The Importance of Sound Quality in Mixing Headphones

Sweet used to do all of his mixing and mastering on headphones because he was in like my parents basement. And believe it or not I listened to music most often in those headphones. Even with the masters that I do now my favorite place to check them is in my air pods. Those aren't even over the ear headphones. They just go right in my ears. If it sounds really good on my speakers it'll sound good on my air pods too. It's more about what you're used to than anything else.
