Prenatal Pregnancy - Is There a Problem?
The only part of the prenatl that's potentially important, early, early in pregnancy is the pholic acid. Most people who aren't on pulic acid, their babies will be fine, but it does lower the of certain birth effects. Those tend to be very, very small pills, usually easy to tolerate. The recommended dose is 400 micrograms, which is also point four milligrams,. A lot of times people will take double that, to 800 or zero point eight. But that's one of the things that probably should be taken.
