JP: I love that idea, JP, of bringing your staff along in this development process. And another way per a group of people you can share the feedback with or your development plan is with your players. We shared his vision for the program and he was blown away because what happens at the end of that? A player that he thought probably absolutely hates him, right, comes up and says, Coach, that was really good. Now he's getting starting to get more credibility, more trust.
