I reckon that Zoom stuff's way over cooked. I just think we've taken away a lot of the power of being in the same environment. There is power in being in person, 100%. Those moments where we get together in real life, you cannot substitute that. In person gives us connection and work from home gives us margin. And so we need to ask, okay, why is it purely getting people back to the office that's the differentiator? More than what is it? Because productivity is at an all-time low.
