How to Set Up a Flat Fee Subscription
Most of my work is related to trademarks and copyrights. I don't know any other attorney who does this, who files before getting the full amount paid. A firm will charge someone $2,500 for trademark application up to $5,000 for an application. There's a 10 month wait on when your application is filed to when someone at the USPTO sees it.
