We all experience in different parts of th now, it's interesting how we become good at justifying things that are wrong. So i would really question how much we rationalize our poor habits and behaviours, and how detrimental they can actually be. Because it gets really, really challenging when we rationalize something for too long, and then it becomes the norm.
