The word miracle on mindfulness is very apt, because you don't have to fix the thing that is troublesome. And it sort of changes without your making a change. You'll come to see why it's there in the first place and appreciate that it's there when it's no longer driving you. When you are mindful of your own mental formations, you will eventually understand that you're like everyone, everyone's like you.
