GitHub did a very public post-mortem on a 24-hour outage it was in 2018 and I remember very vividly because we were maybe weeks away from finalizing the acquisition by Microsoft. GitHub as weird as it sounds had a history of having non-technical CEOs is you don't know everything you can't possibly you're gonna try to account for a lot but there's always something that can drastically go wrong.
