How Long Would You Wait?
Ibi: We've been warned about the idea of using TKIs right after an I.O. In that setting, we're going to do chemo alone up front because if there's no driver, I can add immunotherapy. Starting immunotherapy with cycle two instead of cycle one probably doesn't make much difference long term. If there is a target, then I can stop the chemotherapy, walk back from that pretty easily and then move on to targeted therapy.
