The Effect of Volume on Hypertrophy

The higher volume conditions do seem to dampen the relationship quite a bit. So, what that means is higher volumes can kind of compensate for training closer to failure. If you were to do eight sets per muscle group in a week to failure, it's approximately 16 sets per week at 3RAR,. To me, that seems in the ballpark of reasonable, of what I think is kind of a reasonable approximation.
