The Importance of Relationship in Team Coaching

Hakun: Sometimes, you know, groups and teams split off individuals that actually bring a diverse perspective. And I think in this case, it was more, this person choosing to say, this is not to me what I, I don't see this kind of interaction as being about work. Right? So I think my excitement has been some of the team coaching I've been doing around cross functional teams. Just how much of conflict is often because people just don't understand the context or the pressures of their colleagues.
