Is the Obesely Simply From Eating Too Much?

The main sources of fruit dose for us are not fruits. It's the sugar that we're eating that has the fruit dose. And it's the sugar intake in the last century that correlates with this rise and obesity, you know. So do i so sugar is the source of fruit doses for most of us, not the three, two fruit we're eating a day, or whatever? It's just not ok.
