A number of democrats who were against it saidl this money should be used in america to feed and people talked about the number of hungry children h would feed. But again, we're talking a billion dollars. Is it's a lot of money but in the scope of the united states budget it's not a huge amount of money. Some centrist democrats, blue dogs and others felt like they had been forced to make a hard vote too,. They didn't get that gimmy from leadership. It's a very difficult effort, but we're trying to lead that effort.
