It's been the thing that probably has been the biggest surprise and challenge, because it is constantly impassioned about insuring that our that our advisers are thriving and happy and doing well. And i think that my vision of having offices all over really changed when i recognize kind of the value of this mentorship dealso where i was thinking we might have one or two man band in a bunch of different cities.
