I've Loved Her Since I Was Seven

I came out as a lesbian when I was 21 and haven't seen my family since. Her family's religious and strict, but they love her. She wants to give her parents a nice, stable marriage in children. We're not even allowed to get married or adopt kids where we're from. Do I want to be the reason that she loses her family? What if she resents me for it? should I leave and hope she chases after me? Should I wait a little longer? Whatever I do, it scares me that it might cause me to lose her completely. Because I don't know what life looks like without her. And I hate that I'm doing this to her
