Sogamidex and Deep Neuromuscular Blockade
Post to tatanic counts are used in patients who have profound non-depolarizing neuromuscular blockade. How it's done is that you give a 5 second tatnic stimulus at 50 hertz after you fail to elicit your normal train of 4 response. This is followed by a 3 second pause followed by 1 stimulus until no more twitches are elicited.
