Is This a Buffet 1.0 Type of Funding?
This is a company that doesn't even have like 50 percent margins quite on average and yet Is able to have Free cashflow margins of like 20 percent. If it was at a price to book of one, let's say it's at four and a half It would only be generating about 10% or so return in cash each year that you could buy back your stock pay dividend and whatever. And then the other 10% orso has to go of the cash that you have That would have to go Into reinvestment now i'm saying it is like 10 and 20 which might be confusing But why i'm saying 10 and 20 on a margin basis is 20 percent free cashflow margin and 20
