Alcohol is a toxin. It's going to your body revolts when it gets it in there. Red wine has some stuff that I think could help to temper that inflammation a bit, but I'm not going to pretend it's healthy because it's really not. So they say two drinks a day or less for men, one drink or less in a day of women. And that's the dietary guidelines for Americans. But more and more, I just don't believe that that's a good amount.
