Scott Cohen: This summer has been a rough one for flying, but check out these two travel tails. A Delta flight out of Vegas was stuck on the ground for hours as temperatures soared. On Tuesday, a Hawaiian Airlines flight trapped hundreds of passengers at JFK Airport in New York For 33 hours, a day and a half they were only given a $12 food voucher to make up for their troubles. Brian Kelly: We don't have a passenger bill of rights in the United States; that's where that $12 voucher comes from.
