Is There a Balkanization of Russia?
I think that as long as the current political structure at the top of the system remains intact, that's not likely to happen. If you look at Chechnya and other parts of the territories controlled by the Russian regime, they're still very much under heel. So I think it would require a change in leadership before something like that can take place. But again, I'm not optimistic near term.
