The Importance of a Background Check
Most applicant tracking systems, that's the software they use to track hiring and stuff. Most of them have this feature built in where you can just click a button and boom, you get an automatic background check. That will probably come up depending on if you have a criminal record. I haven't seen any candidates fail them. So I don't know what happens or fail. It fails the wrong word.
