Is It Hard to Represent Transparently to the Satisfaction of the Standards of the New York Times?

If you work for like the new york times, it's relatively easy to represent yourself transparently. Is it hard to be tret like, all the hosts of npr news shows, except for maybe scott simon, when he talks about baseball? When you are on the air and it is your voice, is it difficult to represent the kind of transparent a quality that is required to uphold the specific journalistic ethical point of view of r  the standard that you will feel?
